Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Seoul High Court on August 22, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 30, 2013.

1. On April 1, 2012, Defendant A reported the occurrence of an accident with B, C, and Defendant A’s joint criminal conduct (joint criminal conduct of Defendants B, C, and Defendant A) and conspired to divide the amount of agreement, etc. upon receiving the agreement from an insurance company.

Defendant

A around 07:04 on April 1, 2012, around 07:04, while operating D automobiles on the road near Songpa-gu Seoul, received an accident of victim LIG damage insurance with the purport that C and E were in contact with the F car of B while driving the D automobiles on the road, and C received false treatment in accordance with B’s instructions, etc., and B pretended that a traffic accident occurred while stating false damage to the employees of the victim company.

However, there was no such a traffic accident.

Defendant

A, in collusion with B and C, by deceiving the victim LIG damage insurance by accepting the aforementioned false traffic accident, and by which it was delivered by the victim company totaling KRW 3,216,690 on April 19, 2012.

As a result, Defendant A was given property by deceiving the victim in collusion with B and C.

2. On May 21, 2012, Defendant A conspiredd to receive agreements, etc. from an insurance company on the receipt of a traffic accident after intentionally paying a traffic accident with H, I, J, and Defendant A’s joint conduct (H, I, and J).

On May 21, 2012, at around 23:28, 1012, KOba, driving a one-way passage near Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, and J, operating a one-way passage by driving a benza, carrying the Defendant A, driving the benza, driving the benza, and conflict with the wall, and I tried to avoid a traffic accident while driving the benza in one-way way.
