A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 01:15 on February 25, 2016, at the square of the commercial district in the steel industry located in 17, the Defendant tried to make excessive drinking with the victim B (35 years) who drank together with her fluence in the nearby drinking house before her death, and had a dispute with the victim who tried to escape from drinking together; (b) on the other hand, the Defendant dumpeded the victim’s glass, which is a dangerous thing her possession from the above drinking house, to the victim’s face, and opened a dump to the victim’s left hand in order to prevent the drinking, such as the victim’s prowk and stop her finger, and the victim’s left hand, which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment.
