1. On June 10, 2012, at around 04:00, the Defendant, along with C, accessed Fropian vehicles parked by the victim E in front of Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, and C was able to look into the surrounding areas. On the other hand, the Defendant: (a) opened the steering gate that was not corrected by the said vehicle and opened into the front door; and (b) carried out cash 2,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession in front of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's goods together with C.

2. On June 12, 2012, at around 00:00, the Defendant embezzled Samsung C’s mobile phone base amounting to KRW 600,000,000, which was lost due to the loss of the market price by falling the victim G, while returning home under the influence of alcohol, on the front of the Sungnam-dong in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu. However, the Defendant embezzled this without returning it to the victim, without returning it to the victim.

1. Joint offenses with the accused C;

A. At around 01:00 on June 20, 2012, the Defendant, along with C, opened the entrance so that the Defendant would open and enter a cream in which the Defendant was locked by using any cresh in and around the vicinity of the Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon. On June 20, 2012, the Defendant and C got 6,40,000 won in cash owned by the victim at a household located in the main bank.

B. At around 02:00 on the same day with C, the Defendant came to a restaurant operated by the victim L in K, which is operated by the victim L in K, and entered C with C by opening windows so that the Defendant can remove the toilet side and enter C. After entering C, the Defendant and C own 1,000 won, at the document door on the front page, and KRW 1,000, KRW 100, KRW 500.
