A is the representative director of corporation B, and the defendant corporation B is the corporation incorporated as the main business.

Any person who intends to display or install advertisements, etc. prescribed by Presidential Decree in the places and bulletin facilities for advertisements or articles shall obtain permission from or report to the head of the Gu, and shall not install advertisements, etc. in an area, place or article prohibited from displaying them;

2. Defendant B, at the same time and place as above, neglected to pay considerable attention to and supervise Defendant A’s business affairs at the same time and place as above, thereby violating the above paragraph (a).
