1. The defendant shall calculate the amount of KRW 49,300,000 to the plaintiff at the rate of 15% per annum from May 30, 2018 to the day of full payment.

According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1, 3, 4, and 5 and the arguments, the plaintiff completed the construction work on May 1, 2015 by being awarded a contract from the defendant for 8,08,00 won for the construction work of 1,2,00 cafeteria, floor floor, and brick gate, etc., for 88,08,00 won, and the plaintiff received part of the construction work price from the defendant and completed the remainder of 49,30,000 won.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the construction cost of KRW 49,300,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 30, 2018 to the date of full payment, as claimed by the Plaintiff, on the record that the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case is the day after the completion date

If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and acceptable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
