Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 11:30, at the stairs between the 1st floor of the management office of the apartment complex in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, and the 2nd floor, the Defendant laid down the victim D (52 tax) who is a member of the election management committee, to leave the office of the election management office located on the 2nd floor while having been dissatisfied with the process of election as to whether to dismiss the president of the representative council of occupants of the above apartment complex, the Defendant laid down the victim's chest part above the 4th floor by cutting down the victim's chest part into the bottom of the stairs by pushing down the victim's chest part, which requires approximately 11 weeks medical treatment.
