Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2016, at around 08:40, the Defendant driven BK5 automobiles without obtaining a driving license from around 8 km section from around 33 km-ro, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, to the 107 front road in Sinung-si, Sinung-si.
