1. The Defendants: (a) KRW 2,289,619 for each Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from November 6, 2013 to October 23, 2014; and (b)
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff concluded an automobile insurance contract with Nonparty A for business purpose with respect to the Plaintiff’s Lone Star Vehicle (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s vehicle”).
B. On July 26, 2012, at around 17:20, Nonparty C driven a D car and proceeded to the left from the entrance of the processing village at the time of leaving the village at the time of leaving the village of treatment to the village of treatment. Nonparty C caused an accident in which the front portion of the Plaintiff’s vehicle of Nonparty A driving, who is directly in excess of the speed limit from the west side of the west side to the west side of the steering village of the said vehicle (hereinafter “instant accident”).
C. Due to the instant accident, C suffered bodily injury, such as a ductal pelle, which requires approximately 12 weeks of medical treatment, and the Plaintiff’s vehicle was replaced by the train.

E. From August 17, 2012 to October 2, 2013, the Plaintiff paid KRW 21,526,190,00 in total as the personal damages of the Plaintiff’s vehicle in accordance with the instant accident. On August 3, 2012, the Plaintiff paid KRW 5,640,000 as the total amount corresponding to the physical damages of the Plaintiff’s vehicle, but returned KRW 4,95,00 in return for the amount of the insurance company’s indemnity and the remainder of the Plaintiff’s vehicle’s scrap.
