Reasons
1. From November 3, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) purchased the said real estate from C on February 17, 2017 and succeeded to the lessor’s status of the said lease agreement, the Plaintiff was obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 48,500,000,000, after deducting the Plaintiff’s return of KRW 1,50,000 from the said lease deposit, and delayed damages therefrom.
