Punishment of the crime

On February 27, 2014, at around 22:35, the Defendant driven a B Cost Sheet with approximately 100 meters of alcohol content 0.186% while under the influence of alcohol content 0.186% from the front and front roads of 129 ( normal Dong-dong) Seocheon-ro, Seocheon-gu, Busan to the front roads of 5 Yancheon-ro 38 ( normal Dong-dong).
