From around 2012, the Defendant’s insurance sales allowance and the cancellation refund of the goods of baits was unable to cope with the provision of separate profits and the return of the total amount of the insurance premium to the subscribers of the goods of baits, and the Defendant began to return the money to another person and to return the money to the same person.
