A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No act of constructing a building, altering the purpose of use, installing a structure, changing the form and quality of land, cutting down bamboo and trees, dividing land, piling up articles, shall be performed within a development restriction zone without permission of the competent authority.

Nevertheless, without permission from the competent authority, the Defendant, for the purpose of profit-making, filled up the construction materials sold by the Defendant for business purposes inside the 3 premises of the plastic house building in a size of 523 square meters, which was used before June 2012. Of the above plastic house buildings, 2 units of container containers equivalent to 30 square meters used as a storage warehouse within the said 2 premises among the said plastic house buildings were used as a building materials sales office. From July 2014, the Defendant filled up the construction materials for sales in the remaining parts except 3 units of the said plastic house buildings.
