1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 108,268,619 and the amount of KRW 24,231,34 from November 17, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On June 19, 1996, Gwangju Bank Co., Ltd. extended a loan of KRW 30 million to the Defendant on August 13, 1998, KRW 20 million on August 13, 1998, KRW 36 million on August 13, 1998, and ④ KRW 115 million on December 12, 1998 (hereinafter “instant loans”) in the order of each of the loans (hereinafter “each of the instant loans”).

B. After having acquired each of the loans of this case through the Korea Assets Management Corporation, the Korea Asset Management Corporation filed a lawsuit against the Defendant seeking the payment of the amount of the loans of this case through the Seoul Central District Court 2005da194048.

C. The Dongyang Social Co., Ltd. transferred each of the loans of this case to one credit management corporation, and one credit management corporation on March 2010.
