1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 and KRW 20,000 among them, 25% per annum from December 5, 2015 to the date of full payment.

(2) The provisions of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case where: (a) the amount of the claim was reduced as indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article; (b) the “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff”;
