1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 43,690,457 and the amount of KRW 6,986,772 from August 1, 2006 to the date of full payment.

According to the reasoning of Gap evidence No. 1 and the whole arguments, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant as to claim against Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd., Samsung Capital Co., Ltd., Samsung LLC, and EL Card Co., Ltd., and filed a claim against the defendant for transfer money as Seoul Central District Court Decision 2006Da315101, Dec. 13, 2006. "The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 29% per annum from August 1, 2006 to the day of full payment to the day of full payment, 15,023, 936 won per annum from 25% per annum from August 1, 2006 to the day of full payment, and the above judgment shall become final and conclusive for the purpose of protecting rights, and the defendant shall be entitled to claim for transfer of the claim against Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd., Ltd. for the purpose of extending the prescription period of this case to the day of full payment."

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 43,690,457 won and 6,986,772 won, which are the sum of the transfer money, to the plaintiff, 29% per annum from August 1, 2006 to the day of full payment, 15,023,936 won per annum, and 25% per annum from August 1, 2006 to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
