Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 26, 2015, Defendant A was assaulted by G and H while waiting for food in front of the F cafeteria in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu.
