1. The Defendant’s Gwangju District Court Decision 2014Gahap10125 decided November 6, 2014, and Gwangju High Court for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant received each judgment and decision set forth in Paragraph (1) of this Article against the Plaintiff, and each of the above judgments and decisions became final and conclusive.
Details of each of the above judgments and decisions shall be as follows:
(1) In the following cases, the defendant (the plaintiff in this case) shall pay 7,00,000 won to the plaintiff (the plaintiff in this case) as well as 5% per annum from January 30, 2014 to November 6, 2014, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment (the appellate court in this case) the Gwangju High Court 2014Na13838 (the above 2014Gahap10125) (the appellate court in this case): The defendant (the plaintiff in this case) shall revoke the part against the plaintiff (the plaintiff in this case) that additionally orders payment under the first instance.
The defendant (the plaintiff of this case) pays to the plaintiff (the plaintiff of this case) 3 million won with 5% interest per annum from January 30, 2014 to August 21, 2015 and 20% interest per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment.
3) Decision 2014Kaba103 rendered in Gwangju District Court Decision 2014Kaba103: The Respondent (the Plaintiff in this case) is 2,111,650 won in the amount of the litigation cost that the Respondent (the Plaintiff in this case) has to pay to the applicant (the Defendant in this case) by the decision of this Court 2013Kaba53029 between the above parties. 4) The Respondent in this Court Decision 2014Kaba1021 decided that the amount of the litigation cost that the Respondent (the Plaintiff in this case) has to pay to each applicant (the Defendant in this case and the Defendant’s husband C) is 1,05,865 won in each of the above litigation cost.
B. The Defendant, with the instant judgment, etc. as the executive title, shall have the amount of KRW 15,641,212 and KRW 10,000,00 among the KRW 10,00,00,00 as to the claim amount for compulsory auction as Dongpo-si Branch of the Gwangju District Court with respect to the land buildings, etc. owned by the Plaintiff: 20% per annum from January 26, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
