A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 1, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution for fraud, etc. in the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on December 1, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 6, 2012.
