A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2016, at around 18:09, the Defendant: (a) reported that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by the Defendant, and (b) purchased a knife, a dangerous weapon, from F in the vicinity thereof at around 19:18 on the same day, the Defendant purchased the knife (knife length: 18cm), which is a deadly weapon, from the victim E (the 22 years of age), who is an employee of the said telecom.

Since then, at around 19:29 on the same day, the defendant gets a knife with the knife purchased as above, and gets a knife in the above telecom office, and knife the knife with the knife knife inside the knife where the victim is working, so far as knife the knife knife part of the victim knife the knife, and the victim knife the knife, but the knife did not bring the victim's knife with his intention to attack and resist, but the knife two knife the part of the victim's left part of the victim's knife.
