Punishment of the crime

At around 04:18 on September 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent to the site after receiving 112 reports and listens to the site conditions, the Defendant: (b) expressed his desire to “C” to “I am flick, foreign flicks, and flick flick flick flick flick flbbbbbbb,” and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the police officer’s maintenance of public order by assaulting E’s gate and flbbbbbbbs by walking out of “C”.
