1. Basic facts

A. (i)The above protocol takes action to determine the selling price of the bid product to which the above-mentioned sales information stored pursuant to the above program shall apply the time-frame fluctuation discount rate for each time-time period within the maximum scope of the said discount rate (hereinafter referred to as “class 2-1”).
