The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendants guilty on the facts charged of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and found the defendants not guilty on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. There is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles on deception, fraud, and fraud in fraud, thereby exceeding the limit of free evaluation principle without failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal, or by misapprehending the legal principles on deception, fraud, fraud, and free evaluation principle in fraud.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
