The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) is too unreasonable that the sentence imposed by the court below on the defendant (the order to complete the program to prevent sexual recidivism for eight months or forty hours) is too unreasonable.

2. In the judgment of the defendant when the defendant was in a trial, the confession of the crime of this case and his mistake is divided in depth, the defendant has no record of criminal punishment due to the same kind of crime, and the fact that the defendant supports a de facto marriage spouse and his family members are favorable to the defendant.

However, the Defendant committed the instant crime by purchasing the sex of female juveniles who are merely 14 years old by promising the Defendant to engage in sexual traffic through mobile phone-rating cases, with the knowledge that it is a juvenile, giving money to them, and allowing them to engage in similar acts to the above juveniles.

The Defendant does not fully establish the perception of sex and purchased the sex of a juvenile with weak judgment ability, and the victim is very poor in light of the law and circumstances of the crime by actively proposing sexual traffic during a regular period of sexual traffic, such as: (a) the Defendant’s purchase of sex of a juvenile with weak judgment ability, stating to the effect that “one million won is flad by the following flad,” and “one million won based on the basis of the traffic cost, and only eight times a month in which traffic cost is continuously reduced.”

Since this crime of buying sex for juveniles not only infringes on the human rights of the relevant juveniles, but also has a serious adverse effect on the settlement of the proper and sound sexual culture in our society, it is necessary to impose strict responsibilities to prevent the recurrence of such crimes.

Such circumstances are disadvantageous to the defendant.

In full view of the above circumstances and the Defendant’s age, sexual conduct, environment, family relationship, motive and background of the crime, means and consequence of the crime, etc., various sentencing conditions as shown in the argument of this case, and the scope of sentencing guidelines for the enactment of the Supreme Court sentencing committee, the lower court shall be deemed to have comprehensively taken account of the following factors.
