Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is a personal entrepreneur who wholesales the industrial cooling and freezing equipment, air conditioning and heating apparatus, etc. with the trade name “D” and is a ELE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ELE”).
The Plaintiff is in the position to sell and install the products of ELB by consignment and receive the sales proceeds and the installation expenses from ELB.
