A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 17:00 on June 4, 2012, the Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, put about 0.03 g of Mepta (one philopon) at the window of Changwon-si, 105 Dong 1406, and approximately 0.03 g of Mepta (one philopon) into a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the following arms.

2. Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, on June 5, 2012, the Defendant kept approximately 0.06 g of mert ambrates in the face of clothes at the same place as Paragraph 1, at around 20:40 on June 5, 2012.
