A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 23, 2018, around 02:57, the injured Defendant: (a) was unable to pay the front fee for the “E convenience store located in Dowon-si” while getting on a cab driving by the victim B (45 tax) and getting on the 1st century, and opened a door for the “E convenience store located in Dowon-si”); (b) the victim was able to get off the cab on several occasions; (c) the victim was able to have his face on several occasions; and (d) the victim got on the bridge, walking the bridge part on about two weeks, and then the victim was faced with a face that requires treatment for about two weeks.

2. Around 03:05 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) requested verification of personal information from H, who is a public official belonging to the police officer belonging to the Kuju Police Station G District in the Kuju Police Station, called out after receiving 112 reports from G DistrictF on the same day; and (b) obstructed the police officer’s performance of duties concerning the handling of reported cases and criminal investigations by the said police officer on one occasion while taking a desire to the said police officer; and (c) obstructed the police officer’s performance of duties.
