1. The defendant is on the ground of sale on October 25, 2005 with respect to one-third share of 618 square meters, each of which is 618 square meters prior to Chuncheon City D.

1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, and there is no counter-proof.

On October 25, 2005, the Plaintiffs purchased the purchase price of KRW 19,000,000 for E-Y 215 square meters and KRW 312 square meters prior to F, the Defendant and the Defendant owned, but the down payment of KRW 10,000 for the intermediate payment of KRW 110,000,000 at the time of the contract, and the intermediate payment of KRW 79,000 on November 30, 2005 shall be paid on June 31, 2006; the remainder of KRW 79,00,000 shall be paid on June 31, 2006; the road registration expenses shall be paid by the Defendant; the road shall be registered in the joint name of the Plaintiffs and the Defendant; and the road shall be registered in the joint name of the Defendant and the part adjoining the said two parcels; and the sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

B. On November 30, 2005, the Defendant was divided into 3112 square meters in Chuncheon-si, G, G, 13326 square meters, which was owned by the Defendant, and the Plaintiffs completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the grounds of sale on December 1, 2005 with respect to each of 1/2 square meters out of 315 square meters in Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si, 215 square meters and 3112 square meters in F.

C. On November 19, 2015, the instant real estate was divided into KRW 618 square meters (hereinafter “instant real estate”) prior to Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si (hereinafter “instant real estate”). The instant real estate can be entered into a road via the instant real estate on the land located in Chuncheon-si, Incheon-si, 2155 square meters and 312 square meters prior to F, which is the subject matter of the instant sales contract.

2. Determination

A. The plaintiffs asserted that according to the sales contract of this case, the defendant transferred 1/3 shares of each of the land in the passage portion to the defendant, and since full payment of the purchase price was made, the defendant asserts that the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for the registration of transfer of ownership of 1/3 shares of each of the real estate in this case.

According to the above facts, the sales contract of this case is subject to the sale.
