Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:50 on December 1, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.14% from the 6km section to the point of accident as set forth in paragraph (1) on which it is difficult to find out the trade name in the Snyang-gu Park-dong Park at Ansan-si, Ansan-si.
