Punishment of the crime

On November 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment and a fine of three million won on November 28, 2015 in the Daegu District Court for violating the Act on Probation and Electronic Monitoring, etc. of Specific Offenders.

【Criminal Facts】

On December 17, 2013, the Defendant was issued an order to attach an electronic tracking device for five years from the gender support of the Daegu District Court to attach an electronic tracking device for five years. During that period, the Defendant was ordered to keep the electronic device out of his/her residence from 00 to 06:00 each day during the period of attachment, and the Defendant shall not arbitrarily separate or damage the electronic device during the period of attachment, interfere with propagation, alter data received, or otherwise undermine its utility, and shall not violate any of the matters to be observed, such as restrictions on outing out of the place of attachment.
