Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 21:54, and continued to drive the road (private street road) through the intersection of the Sung-Eup in the Dong-Eup Myeon in Seopopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si.

The Defendant, due to the negligence of violating the signal signal at the time, received the front part of the victim C(22) driving car running in the direction of the car driving in which the Defendant was driving in accordance with the said crossing from the right side of the car driving in the left side to the left side of the said intersection, with the front part of the Defendant’s car driving in front of the right side.

As a result, the Defendant caused C’s occupational negligence to inflict injury such as salt, tensions, etc. on the front line of the border area that requires approximately 3 weeks of treatment, and caused the victim E (V, 23 years of age) who is the passenger of the said K3 car to suffer injury such as cryp and tensions that require approximately 2 weeks of treatment, and caused the victim F(V) who is the passenger of the Defendant’s driving car to undergo approximately 7 weeks of treatment for about 4 weeks of treatment, the victim G (2 years of age) who is the same passenger to undergo approximately 6 weeks of treatment, to undergo approximately 6 weeks of treatment for the left-hand cry and tensions of the same passenger, the victim H (V, 18 years of age) who is the passenger of the said K3 car to undergo approximately 6 weeks of treatment of the victim, the number of days of the victim’s cryp in the same line, and the number of days of the victim’s hyp in the same line.
