Examining the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court of first instance, the court below is justified in finding the Defendants guilty of all the charges of this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence inconsistent with logical and empirical rules, or by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the concept of “subsidies” under Article 2 subparag. 1 of the former Subsidy Management Act (amended by Act No. 14524, Jan. 4, 2017); Article 40 of the same Act; or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the deception of fraud, etc.; or by violating the principle

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
