The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The sentence of the original court (one year and six months of imprisonment) shall be too unlimited and unfair; and

2. Although the victims of the injury to the market are relatively high, and the defendant shows the appearance of the defendant against the crime of this case, the defendant has five criminal records of the same kind, 4 criminal records of the sentence, 4 criminal records of the suspended execution, 1 criminal records of the crime of this case also committed during the period of repeated crime of the same crime (the crime of this case was committed within 5 months after the execution of the sentence was completed), the sentence of the court below is the lowest sentence of the court which reduced the amount of punishment, and it cannot be deemed that the sentence of the court below against the defendant is too unreasonable in light of all the sentencing conditions indicated in the records of this case, including the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and the circumstances after the crime.

3. If so, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
