A Co., Ltd. is a company that carries on the business of manufacturing household insecticides, etc. in Mosisisi, and Defendant A is the representative director of Defendant B.

A person who intends to import toxic substances shall import them after filing an import declaration with the head of a regional environmental office pursuant to the Chemicals Control Act.

1. On August 9, 2013, the Defendant imported the amount equivalent to 500 km in the Republic of Korea (Cypermehin) and the amount equivalent to 17,537,227 won in the market price (11,258,90 won in the cost of goods) from among toxic substances, and received an import declaration on the same day from the head of a regional environmental office in accordance with statutes, but did not make an import declaration on poisonous substances, and received the import declaration on the same day. On August 4, 2016, the Defendant violated the Customs Act by receiving an import declaration on poisonous substances in advance from the head of a regional environmental office in accordance with statutes, while the Defendant imported the amount equivalent to 1,00 km in the Republic of Korea among toxic substances (Dichorvos), 16,051,262 won in the market price (10,304,910 won in the cost of goods).

2. Defendant B, a representative director of a corporation, violated the Customs Act with respect to the business of the corporation A.
