A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment with prison labor for murder by the Seoul High Court, which became final and conclusive on March 11, 2010, and is currently in prison for Cheongju Women’s Prison.

1. In a state that the Defendant who damaged public goods lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to mental or behavioral disorder, etc., the Defendant, on December 2, 2016, 201, collected a phone call from the Defendant’s mother at the video conference room of the Cheongju Women’s Prison located in the Cheongju-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju, on the ground that the Defendant’s mother, who visited the Defendant, was not able to properly communicate, thereby impairing the repair cost of KRW 231,00.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the use of goods by public offices, thereby harming their utility.
