Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2017, around 10:50, the Defendant laid down his arms with his hand on the ground that the victim C was at his own seat in a neighboring park located in 259-7, a fluorg-ro 259-7, Gandong-gu, Gandong-gun, Gandong-gun, Gandong-gun, Gandong-gun, Gandong-gun, knife his face and head, and knife his head.
