A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 09:30 on May 22, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-wing truck without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 15km of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu from the front day of the 122DHHHAD to the roads of the 15km-gu Seoul, Seoyang-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, from the front day of the 122 DHHHAD to the roads of the fourth quarter of the traffic.

2. Around 09:50 on May 22, 2016, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, counterfeited a private signature, and issued a disposition of notification from the background D belonging to the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency C, by regulating the violation of designated lanes in the middle quarter of the Nowon-gu Incheon Winter Highway, Seoul, and by controlling the violation of designated lanes.

The Defendant, which caused fear of unauthorized Driving to be exposed, failed to do so as to be friendly E, and sent the name and resident registration number of “E” to the above circumstances D, and signed the “E” in the signature column of the police TPP and presented it to D.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully, forged the above E's signature for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.
