Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a driving school in the area of about 33 square meters in the name of "C driving practice place" in the Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan Government B, by installing three motor vehicles of the Formula 2 (the mother driving practicer) in the area of approximately 33 square meters.

1. No person who fails to register as a driving school shall display or advertise its trade name using the name similar to that of a driving school or specialized driving school;

Nevertheless, from July 17, 2012 to January 22, 2013, the Defendant posted or advertised a trade name using the name “C driving practice place”, “200,000 won passivity”, “Direct practice with test vehicles”, and “no additional cost absolute until they pass a registration of a single number” on the signboards as if the above driving practice place was registered at the above driving practice place.

2. No person who has not registered as a driving school shall conduct the education for driving outside the driving school, or allow him to use the facilities, in return for payment;

A. Nevertheless, at around 17:00 on January 7, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 220,000 as a technical skill and driving education fee from D (Nam, 29 years of age) at the driving practice site of the above driving practice, and provided driving education to D using E-A-hurd-hurd vehicle in the vicinity of Yongsan-dong, Nam-gu, Busan.

B. At around 14:40 on January 22, 2013, the Defendant received 310,000 won in terms of skills and driving education from F (F) at the driving practice site, and provided driving education to F in the same manner as that of the foregoing 2-A at the same place as that of the foregoing 2-A.

The Defendant is a person who operates a driving school by installing three motor vehicles of the Formula 2 (a mother's driving practicer) with the trade name "C driving practice center" in Busan-gu B.

No person, who has not been registered as a driving school, shall conduct the education on driving outside the driving school in return for payment, or allow him/her to use such facilities.
