1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,987,250 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from December 18, 2019 to the date of full payment.

The judgment on the cause of the claim (Provided, That the plaintiff, the creditor, and the debtor refers to the defendant, and the "amount 1,600,000 won and damages for delay calculated by 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of the copy of the main complaint to the date of complete payment" in the conclusion of paragraph 5 shall be deemed to be a clerical error of "45,987,250 and damages for delay at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the copy of the main complaint shall be deemed to be a clerical error of "45,987,250" and "damage for delay at the rate of 12% per annum from the day after the delivery date of the above documents)

2. The plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
