Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry at the Daejeon District Court on May 4, 2015 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 4, 2015.

On June 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased AB-E car from D located in the Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon World Co., Ltd.; and (b) on July 9, 2014, drafted a heavy loan application for the purchase of AX car from 1,50,000 won per annum in 36 months at the interest rate of 21.9% per annum; (c) on July 9, 2014, the Defendant purchased 1,50,000 won per month in ES-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S

However, there was no intention or ability to repay the loan even after the loan was granted.

As such, the Defendant deceptioned the victim, and acquired the same amount from the victim, and acquired it by borrowing it from the victim.
