Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2017, the Defendant committed an act of infringing the trademark right by displaying the “C” store operated by the Defendant in the Hobu Government City B, on September 6, 2017, at the “C” store, the trademark right holder, the “C” in France, with the trademark right holder, seven handbags for women, one bag, and one 9 man-made wall, with the trademark identical and similar to the trademark registration number 030235 of the patent Cheongbu trademark registration number 0330235, and displaying it for sale to many unspecified customers.
