When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2014, at around 22:40, the Defendant: (a) maintained the market price at the adjacent parking lot B in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (57 years of age) where the victim C (57 years of age) was in custody; (b) took off one air conditioner, and four gas air conditioners, and stolen them.
