1. The Defendant’s KRW 82,144,300 as well as 6% per annum from July 13, 2012 to December 19, 2013, and the following.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On March 30, 2009, the Defendant et al. and two companies, including the Defendant et al. were instructed from Jeju City and the Supervisory Board to install provisional soundproof walls, etc. in case of civil petitions arising from noise during construction while performing construction works after being awarded a contract for the infrastructure construction of A District Urban Development Project (hereinafter “instant infrastructure construction”).
B. On October 15, 2009, the Defendant’s On-the-spot B received an estimate from the Plaintiff and two companies located in Jeju City with respect to construction works, such as provisional soundproof walls (hereinafter “instant construction works”), and sent an order stating the following (hereinafter “instant order”).

C. On December 22, 2010, the Plaintiff commenced the instant construction work after transporting the materials under the instant order from the land to Jeju-do using vessels, and on December 22, 2010, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a subcontract with the period of construction from December 22, 201 to December 31, 201, setting the contract amount of the instant construction work as KRW 491,360,000, and the construction period as to the instant construction work between December 22, 2010 to December 31, 201 (hereinafter “instant contract”), and the specifications attached to the said contract are as follows.
