Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In the case of “C” administrative affairs in Sacheon-si B around February 1, 2018, the Defendant requires an account to collect money from a person who is not his/her name to receive tax reduction from D.

The bank shall send a e-mail card connected to the account to the name in the name of the defendant through the e-bank account (F) with the proposal that the bank will lend 800,000 won per day of the account.

In addition, the identification number was known.

The Defendant promised to pay for the foregoing, and agreed to lend one copy of the access medium necessary for electronic financial transactions.

In this case, the access media leased by the defendant was used for the crime of Bosing, causing damage.

However, the Defendant led to the confession of the instant crime, and the Defendant did not have any previous conviction, and the part of the money deposited into the Defendant’s account was restored to its original state.

In addition to these circumstances, the defendant's age, sex, environment, family relationship, motive and consequence of the crime, and circumstances revealed in the arguments in this case shall be determined as ordered in consideration of the following circumstances.
