Purport of claim and appeal

Under the facts, the parties’ relevant net C (D students, hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) were hospitalized in the hospital located in 776 in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seowon-gu (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant hospital”) in the Defendant’s Cheongju-si (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant hospital”) and died due to shock caused by satise and disability after being hospitalized in the center bed on July 14, 2013. The Plaintiff A’s husband and the Plaintiff B are the deceased’s children.

In June 2013, the Deceased was hospitalized in E Hospital because of the symptoms of the euthanas and mathritisis from June 2013. The symptoms of the Deceased were caused to the early July 2013.

At the time of hospitalization, a heat has occurred to the deceased at the time of hospitalization, and the symptoms of a parasath, and the medical team of the above hospital appeared to have been conducted a CT inspection on the deceased. On July 11, 2013, the Deceased’s progress and death at the Defendant Hospital was transferred to the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital. At the time, the Defendant Hospital was diagnosed from the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital as other liverion and was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital on the same day for accurate diagnosis and treatment at around 16:30 of the same day (hereinafter referred to as “the date date is omitted and time is indicated only for the same day”).
