The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around 09:50 on December 18, 2019, the Defendant found the victim’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (62 years of age, n, n) with the victim’s house in front of the house of the victim C (62 years of age).

At this time, the defendant abused the victim, such as obstructing the victim's body from talking with two descendants to prevent the defect that the victim refuses to talk and enter into the house.

2. The facts charged in this case, which fall under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act, shall not be prosecuted against the will expressed by the victim under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

However, since it is apparent that the victim expressed his wish not to punish the defendant, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
