On November 1, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims, etc. (Rape, Injury by Rape, etc.) in the Busan District Court's Branch on November 1, 2007, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern Prison on September 29, 2014.
