1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant A’s KRW 28,728,50 and for this, KRW 6% per annum from January 1, 2011 to March 10, 2016.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The parties concerned are corporations that wholesale and retail lighting equipment, image equipment, etc.; Defendant A is a sole proprietor (trade name B) who engages in retail and lease business of lighting fixtures, etc.; Defendant B (hereinafter “B”) is a corporation that engaged in the wholesale and retail and lease business of lighting fixtures established by Defendant A on January 3, 201.
B. The Plaintiff traded with the Defendant from around 207 to December 2010 under a contract for the supply of lighting equipment, etc.: (a) around 201, when the attempted amount remains, the Plaintiff demanded the settlement of accounts from A who established the Defendant B to be requested for the supply of lighting equipment; and (b) the Defendant A demanded the settlement of accounts to be borne by the existing individual enterprise; (c) as well as the existing obligation; (d) the Plaintiff expressed his/her intention to accept the obligation; and (e) the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the supply of lighting equipment with the Defendant B on June 17, 201, and led to the transaction with the Defendant B from the commencement of the transaction with the Defendant B until January 3, 2014.
C. (1) The sum of the supply values of the Plaintiff’s supply of goods to Defendant A during the seven-time period from February 2, 2007 to February 2, 2010 is KRW 497,464,00, and the aggregate of supply values of the tax invoices issued by the Plaintiff during the fourteen-time period from January 201 to February 2014 are KRW 638,768,50.
(2) The sum of the total amount of goods supplied to the Defendants is KRW 32,120,00,000, when the Plaintiff supplied goods to Defendant B from October 26, 201 to January 3, 2014.
(1) From October 10, 207 to June 16, 201, Defendant A paid KRW 161,894,000 out of the Defendant’s goods payment obligation, and Defendant B paid KRW 161,894,00 from June 17, 201 to December 22, 2014.
