Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as a member of the clan E, entered into a contract to sell each of the above forests to J on April 24, 2007, with the purchase price of KRW 50,00,000,000 on May 22, 2007, and KRW 150,000,000 on May 17, 2007, KRW 17,862,000,000 on October 17, 2007, and KRW 26,000,000 on the land of KRW 4,717,00,000,000 on the land of KRW 323,00,000,000 on the land owned by the said victim of the said clan, and was delegated from the officers of the said clan, and received the transfer in the name of the Defendant under the name of the said clan (the account number of KRW 30,00,00 on October 17, 2007).
