A. Defendant A, etc.’s status and role role in the fraud organization, such as Defendant A, etc.: (a) calls from many unspecified victims, and misrepresenting them to a financial institution such as a savings bank; and (b) explain mobile phones as if they were using a real financial institution, which could be adjusted remotely; and (c) made the victims install the cryp case by using them as if their calls were sent to the representative telephone numbers of financial institutions such as a savings bank; and (d) made the victims mistake and be aware of the fact that they were calls from the actual financial institution; and (e) obtained cash from the victims under the name of the victims or the employees of the cryp to receive the aforementioned cryp money under the name of the victims and receive the cryp from the victims in return for the payment of the cryp money, even though the victims knew that they were using the cryp name “D” in the name of the crypian; and (e) obtained the cryp to receive the cryp money from the victims or the employees of the cing money.

B.
