1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable for 54,084,614 won and 50,301,830 won among them.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(C) Article 208(3)3(a) of the Civil Procedure Act applies mutatis mutandis to the bankruptcy trustee of the bankrupt corporation C on October 20, 2020. (2) Since the bankruptcy trustee of the bankrupt corporation C voluntarily withdrawn on October 20, 2020, the part concerning D is excluded from the part concerning Defendant C’s bankruptcy trustee of the bankrupt corporation C, and the part concerning Defendant A and B, the “creditor”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed the “Plaintiff,” and the “Defendant,” respectively.
